About the Role
As an OurOffice DEI Advisor, you have the opportunity to work with several clients who want to take DEI and their workplace culture to the next level. Your customer interactions are primarily via the OurOffice platform, virtual meetings or emails. You can work part-time or full-time, all done remotely. You will leverage the OurOffice standard templates, processes, and software to provide the necessary leadership, data, reports and guidance to help customers get better results faster in their journey towards a more inclusive workplace culture. You will also add to the body of knowledge that we are building as we learn from our customers’ experiences, or come across new resources that can be leveraged across all our customers.
As a DEI Advisor, you need to be comfortable with using the OurOffice software for each of your clients, although you are supported by the OurOffice back-office and technical team, as needed. You will also have the opportunity to reach out to the growing community of OurOffice DEI Advisors in the course of supporting your customers.
