Why you

DEI Advisor

About the Role

 

As an OurOffice DEI Advisor, you have the opportunity to work with several clients who want to take DEI and their workplace culture to the next level. Your customer interactions are primarily via the OurOffice platform, virtual meetings or emails. You can work part-time or full-time, all done remotely. You will leverage the OurOffice standard templates, processes, and software to provide the necessary leadership, data, reports and guidance to help customers get better results faster in their journey towards a more inclusive workplace culture. You will also add to the body of knowledge that we are building as we learn from our customers’ experiences, or come across new resources that can be leveraged across all our customers.

 

As a DEI Advisor, you need to be comfortable with using the OurOffice software for each of your clients, although you are supported by the OurOffice back-office and technical team, as needed. You will also have the opportunity to reach out to the growing community of OurOffice DEI Advisors in the course of supporting your customers.

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
  • 2+ Years experience as a management consultant, HR business partner, HRIS specialist or similar role in an organization with 100 employees or more.
  • Strong organizational skills and dependability.
  • Familiarity with People Analytics, Human Capital Management software (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and/or an Applicant Tracking System software (e.g. Greenhouse), a plus.
  • Experience or exposure to the startup ecosystem is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Google applications (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides).
  • US citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
  • One professional and one academic or personal reference.
  • Access to reliable internet, personal cell phone and computer with video-conferencing capabilities. You will not need to use your personal phone number or email address. OurOffice provides you with an email address to use for each customer account.

Account Executive (North America)

About the Role

 

The Account Executive works on all aspects of lead generation, follow-up and qualification, sales calls, demos, closing, onboarding, and maintaining strong client relationship after the sale is made. This is a remote role that can be performed part-time or full-time.

 

The primary tasks are as follows:

 

  • Assess market segments (by size, industry, geography, etc) and recommend where to focus based on market knowledge, research and competitor analysis.
  • Recommend sales strategies (for direct sales and developing channel partners) for the selected market segment(s) that will accelerate growth, deliver sustained traction and build revenue streams from sales of OurOffice DEI as a Service and 3rd party services.
  • Generate business opportunities in the selected market segments, through professional, dedicated prospecting and lead generation.
  • Drive prospects through to contract award, including proposal presentation and successful implementation of the solution with clients.
  • Negotiation with customers and with OurOffice leadership on discounts or terms to close deals.
  • Accurate forecasting of new lead generation and revenue growth, sales cycle progress, and recommendations for improvements.
  • Build, deepen and maintain high level contacts with the DEI community to increase market penetration and brand recognition.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the product team by sharing customer feedback, researching competitors and latest trends, and defining potential product updates, as needed.
  • Support channel partners in their sales efforts, as needed.

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS business development and sales to Small/Medium Enterprises (SME’s). Experience selling HR or DEI products or services, a plus, but not required.
  • Existing strong network and deep relationships with executive decision makers for HR/DEI and/or enterprise SaaS solutions and related services.
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing software (Hubspot).
  • Familiarity with People Analytics, Human Capital Management software (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and/or an Applicant Tracking System software (e.g. Greenhouse), a plus.
  • Excellent lead development, qualification, and sales skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills including strong presentation/demo skills via phone/web presentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self motivator with strong work ethic and a can-do positive attitude.
  • Exposure to the startup ecosystem as a founder, team member, or advisor, a plus, but not required.

Digital Marketing Lead

About the Role

 

The Digital Marketing Lead works closely with the OurOffice Sales and Marketing leadership, and is responsible for the following:

 

  • Digital marketing strategy implementation and updates — Help drive brand awareness and generate market demand.
  • Manage WP website — Use traffic and user journey analytics to identify updates and areas of improvement, develop new pages and page updates, continuously monitor and improve SEO, provide general website maintenance.
  • Graphic design — Create and update digital marketing assets, new website pages, Linkedin and social media ads, etc based on defined messaging and targeting goals.
  • Linkedin lead generation — Use target market and testing results to generate leads using Linkedin Sales Navigator.
  • Linkedin ads — Implement, monitor and update paid Linkedin ads.
