01 Aug Announcing Three (3) New Additions to OurOffice Team

Los Angeles, CA. Aug 1, 2019 — ​As we ​continue to attract visionary leaders and top talent ​at OurOffice, I’m delighted to share the addition of three new members, who ​are joining us to fundamentally transform the trajectory and pace of progress in workplace Diversity and Inclusion (D&I).

Beth Sehgal and Guy Lipa have joined our amazing team of Advisors, and Mahdi Sakhavi is taking on the OurOffice Product Engineering responsibilities, as well as the new role of “Chief Behavior Architect.” Each of them brings deep experience in their area of expertise, and a unique perspective to complement our team, as we continue our work on creating a Culture of Inclusion in the workplace and enabling leaders to get better results faster from their D&I investments.

Beth Sehgal is joining OurOffice as an Advisor. She has over 20 years experience at A.T. Kearney, culminating in her current role as the firm’s Global Director of D&I. Under her strategic and energetic leadership, A.T. Kearney has won many awards for the firm’s extensive global D&I programs and activities.  Beth is also a sought-after executive coach and an active community leader. She has an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.

Guy Lipa is joining OurOffice as an Advisor. He has deep executive experience in local government, including the LA Mayor’s office and the LADWP, as well as in legislative affairs. Currently, Guy leverages his expertise to advise technology companies, with a focus on bridging the gap between the public and private sectors to tackle pressing issues of the day. He is also still actively engaged in local leadership roles. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Mahdi Sakhavi has joined OurOffice as a Product Engineer, and Chief Behavioral Architect. An engineer by training, Mahdi has been a serial entrepreneur for the last 15 years. After his last exit, he decided to help other startups by mentoring, and authoring several startup books. He has returned to the startup life and his passion for designing strategies to change behaviors at OurOffice. Mahdi is also a Certified Product Manager, Lean Startup Coach, and SCRUM Master.
